We guarantee 10 years of service support for all chandeliers. Even if we discontinue your chandelier type, we keep spare parts for it in stock for the next 10 years.

What If Your Chandelier Gets Damaged During Transport
We pack our chandeliers with great care. If the chandelier still gets damaged during shipping, please let us know. Please take a photo of everything and email it to novakova@artcrystal.cz within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. As soon as we receive your complaint, we will inform you about the next steps. No need to worry, our chandeliers are always insured — if the goods get lost or damaged during transport, you'll get a replacement.
What If You Damage the item Yourself by Careless Handling
Also in this case, please send us an email to novakova@artcrystal.cz including photos. We will get back to you and together we will arrange a course of action - most often we send spare parts.
